AIA Insurance Singapore’s new 28,000 sq ft space in Tampines is designed to be their new flagship office.
Traditionally, insurance agencies have had little need for a physical setup as agents are often out meeting clients, running roadshows, and attending events.
This new agency redefines how a forward-looking insurance agency should operate.
The space is envisioned as a pivotal meeting destination where clients can meet their agents while enjoying the amenities of a centralised flagship environment. The office also functions as an event venue for seminars, workshops, children’s programmes, and recruitment drives, all of which are central to the success of insurance policies and marketing strategies. Agents are no longer assigned fixed desks and instead utilise hot-desking within a dynamic and inspiring environment that fosters cohesion and interaction.
The entire office space is divided into the following zones:

A central spine integrates shared spaces with dynamic programmes, creating greater interaction and visibility throughout the office.
